Clay Tramel is the Chairman and Co-Founder of ViviHealth. Mr. Tramel is a successful businessman who has a personal and family history of addiction, and is familiar with the damage it causes. This experience resulted in a passion to find a better way to treat addiction. He has devoted much of his efforts over the past several years to researching and finding innovative approaches to treating addiction. He knows by experience that encouraging transparency and accountability drives a more effective approach to treatment.  

Mr. Tramel built a successful finance company over the past three decades which was recently acquired by a bank in 2018. He is considered a visionary who recognizes industry trends and creates successful businesses that capitalize on those trends. His successes span several industries, including commercial finance, telecom, banking, commercial real estate, and several others. 

ViviHealth is Mr. Tramel’s most inspiring endeavor. It is poised to significantly improve the lives of thousands of people suffering from addiction. He hopes that this company and its solutions will be his legacy.

Chris Lawless is co-founder and CEO of ViviHealth. Mr. Lawless is a successful technology executive and venture capitalist with a passion to help people with addiction. He is inspired to apply technology and the latest artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) techniques to the challenges faced by so many struggling with addiction. Previously he served in multiple executive capacities for Intel Corporation, including Director, External Customer Acceleration and leading the Pre-Silicon Platforms Acceleration Division where he helped Intel capture revenue upside and deliver more products faster; Director of Strategic Investments, Security Practice for Intel Capital, Intel’s venture capital division managing a global $250M enterprise and internet security portfolio, served on numerous boards and invested in and exited companies such as: NetScaler (acquired by Citrix Systems, Inc. [CTXS] for $300M), Oblix (acquired by Oracle Corporation [ORCL] for $100M), DataSynapse (acq’d by Tibco Software, Inc. [TIBX]), Sanctum (acq’d by Watchfire Corporation), NextPage (acq’d by Fast Search & Transfer), SignaCert (acq’d by Harris Corp [HRS]), Credant Technologies (acq’d by DELL), Crossbeam Systems (acq’d by Blue Coat), and Sinosun (China-based); served as a founding executive of Intel’s Internet Media Services, an audio/video/data streaming business; a key designer and product marketer of Intel’s ProShare® Videoconferencing solution, the world’s first PC-based commercial vidconf product;

Across his career, he served in various leadership roles, including SVP Corporate Development & Marketing for Signacert, a venture-backed upstart Security firm; CEO of Vector Teknologies, a software products upstart, and; Managing Director, HunterWise Financial Group.

Mr. Lawless is the co-inventor of five technology patents. He graduated from the University of Maryland where he received his Bachelors of Science degree in Business. He enjoys private piloting, traveling and time with family.

Philip Waltrip has worked for Allied Affiliated Funding since 1995 initially as their CPA, then officially joining the team in 2008 as Chief Financial Officer. Today, Philip is the Chief Credit Officer for Allied. 

He has over 25 years of experience in management, with expertise in accounting, tax, mergers and acquisitions, human resources, workouts, and as an advisor in civil litigations. Philip has worked or has been an advisor for several businesses through his career all in different industries including manufacturing, factoring, consumer finance, construction, healthcare nursing, pharmacies and infusion care, staffing, oil and gas, real estate, cattle, helicopter, airline, advertising, public relations and many others. 

As Allied’s Chief Credit Officer, Philip is responsible for the overall credit risk and analysis for the factoring and ABL division of Axiom Bank N.A. He is actively involved in working with new and existing clients as well, often meeting with them throughout the year and visiting their operations. Philip has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with an emphasis on accounting, graduating from the University of Texas at Dallas. He also has his CPA license. Philip enjoys golfing, traveling and spending time with his family and their dog, Bear.
