L-H Transitional Center’s outpatient treatment program is piloting Vivi360 in Houston. Patients use the system by wearing a health monitoring device combined with an application called ViviCompanion on their smartphone.
In fact, the application provides personal insights to the individual. Insights like stress and well-being, self-care content, and keeping track of their connection to supporters. The application can even be used by the patient after they transition out of treatment.
